How to send a requisition for a fast quote

One line per item, in this order:

1. Maker
2. Model or part number
3. Description
4. Quantity

Then add once, at the top:

• Vessel name or IMO, so we can check the machinery fitted.
• Delivery port and the date you need it on board.
• The grades you can accept.
