If the unit you receive does not match the part number, grade or photos on your quotation, tell us as soon as it arrives. Send the order reference and photos on WhatsApp.
Once we confirm the mismatch, we arrange a replacement or a refund. The return window and the return shipping terms for your order are stated on your quotation.
Units ordered to a part number you supplied, which match that part number, are not returnable unless your quotation says otherwise.
