Warranty runs from the date of delivery and depends on the grade of the unit:
- New: 6 months.
- Refurbished: 3 months.
- Tested Used: 30 days against failure on arrival.
The warranty and any conditions for your order are stated on your quotation. That quotation is what applies.
What the warranty covers
A unit that fails in normal use within the period, or does not match the part number, grade or photos on your quotation.
What it does not cover
- Damage from incorrect installation, wrong supply voltage or operation outside the maker's ratings.
- Wear parts consumed in normal service.
- Units opened, modified or repaired by others without our agreement.
How to claim
Send the order reference, photos or video of the fault, and the installation details on WhatsApp. An engineer replies with the next step: repair, replacement or refund, as stated on your quotation.
